Do you HAVE to wear a helmet while you ride a regular bicycle? I heard that you can get fined for not wearing one? I live in Toronto, Canada (scarborough). I don’t need answers like “its for your own safety” or stuff like that.
August 2009 My 1st trip to Asia and I went to the Philippines. I rode a jeepney, tricycle, and I walked through a market. We passed alabang, parañaque, a market in baclaran, and muntinlupa. I do not speak Tagalog, but you can hear it in the video. I visited the Philippines for 5 days with a friend from school. I approve comments before posting them.
